Hi Abhishek, I am facing a same issue, and have emailed IISc helpdesk for the same.

Can you tell me how your problem was resolved?

Visit gate.iitk.ac.in (https://gate.iitk.ac.in/) .
Log in with your GATE 2024 credentials .
Check if the scorecard download option is available.
If not, contact the GATE helpdesk for recovery options.
Check your email for any official communications from GATE.
