I complete 12th with 80% and my interest in railways . So which is better for me ITI and Bsc ?

I think ITI branch is better. For railways u have to prepare for general aptitude and gk ad well. Because thus will help u to clear the exam and then comes subjects which will be present in your course. Hope and was helpful...
