Hello Manasa

Since you don't have physics in your graduation so you need to choose the code 02 on the basis of your 10+2 qualification as code 02 is for those who have passed 10+2 in the year 2019 or before , the code 02 says those who have completed their class 12th that is equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination .

While code 05 is for those who have physics, chemistry and biology in their graduation. So you should choose code 02 as you don't have physics in your graduation.

Also you  are eligible for neet examination only if you have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in your 12th and have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

Good luck for your neet preparation

Thankyou
