Since you have completed Diploma in Mechanical engineering, you can get admission in Btech in CSE , however the same is not possible in top institutions such as IIT, IIIT and NIT , since your diploma is in mechanical engineering only a few colleges with lateral entry provision will allow you to do so. with diploma in mechanical engineering you may go for Btech in Mechanical, aeronautical and automobile engineering.

Yes you can. After completing Diploma from Mechanical Engineering you are eligible to purser BE in Computer Science and Engineering.Tech course after completing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. As you have completed diploma course in Mechanical Engineering, so you can join B. Tech course in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Automobile Engineering.
Yes, you can pursue CSE after diploma in computer science and on your diploma basis you will be given a option if lateral entry where you can directly get admitted to second year of your engineering course.
