see your marks of 12th course is needed to appear in neet exam, even if you have year gap after 10, you are still allow to appear in neet exam, you are also eligible to appear in neet exam as private candidates, as per 2020 neet ug notifications, The case of eligibility criteria of private candidates for Neet ug  examination is appealed in  Supreme Court but until the supreme court declare  its judgement, private candidates are  eligible for Neet examination.

other eligibility criteria to satisfy in neet ug exam is as follows:

you must complete 12th examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English , with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination for general category candidates. for sc/ st/ obc  marks criteria is 40% in aggregate in pcb . 45% aggregate in pcb for pwd candidates.

To be eligible for neet UG 2021 Exam applicant has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021.
