Yes, it you score more than certain bar of percentage (50% for IIM and 60% for some NIT). Then you're totally eligible to pursue MBA as a master's degree.
The only criteria that needs to be done is that the candidate must have 50% aggregate in bachelor's degree for general and be obc and 45% aggregate for sc and st

The basic eligibility for pursuing Master of Business Administration is -
- Candidate should have completed his graduation, that tis he must posses a 3 or year bachelors degree with 55% aggregate marks from a university recognized by UGC.
- He should have completed his class 12th from a recognized board.
Since, you have completed your class 12th from NIOS which is a recognized board and are pursuing your bachelors degree you are eligible to do regular MBA after completion of your bsc catering and hotel management.
