i cracked JEE with 67% belong to ST and want Mech engineering in Home state and i meet the requirements. only problem is i am still appearing my 12th and my course gets over only next year. Can i get admission with this years JEE marks when i clear my 12th next year?

No, you will have to reappear for the exam. As long as you have passed 12th/equivalent examination with mathematics and physics and a vocational subject. You can check the official site to know better. But I suggest you to complete your 12th first and then appear for jee exam.
