Hi
No, you will not be eligible for JEE advanced 2021.
This is because,
One is eligible for JEE advanced examination for a maximum of two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination.
And although you have appeared for your improvement examination in 2020 your passing year still remains 2019
So, you are not eligible for JEE advanced 2021 as you have passed your class 12th in 2019 and thus you were eligible for JEE advanced 2019 and 2020 only
For example,
JEE advanced 2021 eligibility criteria says that you must have appeared for your class 12th board examination for the first time in the year 2021 or 2020 and should have got least 75% if you belong to General or OBC category or 65% if you belong to Sc or St category and also must have qualified JEE mains 2021
