I didn't appeared for JEE paper 1 2019 can I apply for admission in IPU CET for engineering??

Hi Anchal,
IPU CET takes admission on basis of JEE MAINS RANK only. As you are not appeared for JEE MAINS, so you can't get admission in the college. They just take only JEE Mains rank.
