As you have qualified the exam this year ,u need to mention it as 2019 in icet application form

Hi,

My 3rd year degree exam was conducted in Nov 2019 and results declared in Feb 2020. Certificates are not given only marks list was given. So, which year should I write as Qualifying Pass Year?
