Well it is definitely possible if you want to learn statistics even if you haven't studied in in class 11th or 12th do it might take some extra efforts but surely not impossible first you need to have a solid understanding of the basics of addition subtraction multiplication decimals percentage. you need to also have idea about basic Algebra and also basic geometry including coordinate system which will be helpful. websites like Khan Academy coursera unacademy offer free and  Affordable courses on basic math concepts you can also consider using introductory math textbooks and you can also consider seeking help from a Maths tutor . now first start with the introductory statistics topics which we cover the mean Median Mode standard deviation then the data representation like histograms bar chart and the basic probability concept. "OpenIntro Statistics"  is a good free and open source textbook that provide the solid introduction to statistics you can also learn to use some statistical softwares like R  Or Python which will be helpful these two can help you handle Complex calculations and visualisations allowing you to understand properly and the key to learning statistics is practice you need to work through examples or problems
