please tell us at which college or university you wnat to take admission as at different universities different procedures are followed.

The Procedure is somewhat different for every university, you have not specified any college or university. You need to appear in the entrance exam, after which a rank will be allocated to you based on your marks and category. Then you will attend the counseling if seats are available till your rank you will get the seat.
