I don't want to join in vit. I payed 2lacks DD in counselling . How to take back. Is there any cuttings?

The entire academic fees after deducting the couseling procession fees of 12,000 kay be refunded. They deduct 10% of entire academic fees and refund the rest. But for that you have to request refund within the 25 days from commencement of program.
