I failed in 2subjects in 2puc but 51% can I pass in supplementary can I eligible to write cet and neet

If you pass supplementary such that all over you have passed all your subjects and has a PCB aggregate of 50% at least if general and 40% for SC,ST,OBC then you will be eligible.
