If you didn't applied for any other course at the time of form filling,  then you can't take admission in any other course. You can take admission Only in the courses you have applied for in the form.
As far as cutoff of B.com is concerned,  you have to wait for the 4th cutoff,  you can get a seat in any South campus college Or off campus college in 4th cutoff.

Hi, getting admission in Delhi University for some other course will depend on the courses that you have applied for in the application fomr and whether your best of four percentage passes the cut off bar set for those particular course/courses by various universities. If you have applied for multiple courses then you can check your chances by using careers360 DU 2019 College Predictor and have an idea of what the cut offs will be for various colleges and courses by checking last year's cut offs avaialble at Du's official website.
