I forgot to add my name and date in my photo in jee main application form.Will my application reject??????

No it won't....coz it's not compulsory at all...the examiners will verify only your photograph at the examination centre and not your name...if you have any doubt regarding it you can contact them through email and phone...they will also give you time to edit your details in the month of january.For more details you can check their website:
