With a score of 110 in JEE Main, your rank will be somewhere around 60000. With this rank, I don't think you'll get admission in IIIT Delhi, as the last rank admitted last year in last round is around 17000(General). I'll share the last rank details here - 

GEN - 17988 - ECE

OBC - 121508 - IT

SC - 254689 - IT

So, if you have any kind of reservation, you can get admission in IIITD. The above rank is for students from Delhi region. If you're not from Delhi region, pleas let me know in the comment section.
