yes you have chance to get in to nits and most probably you will be able to get you home state nit easily and also i will suggest to keep patient because you won't be allowed any nits in 1st 2nd round  of counselling you have to wait for that.

and also one more important thing i will suggest you to go for spot round counselling and fill only the college that you may get and if any college is allot to you in second round (csab round) of counsiling you have to get that college else the money  won't be returned. fill the college with branch with you preference.

As per the previous year cutoff as a EWS category the chance seems less to get a seat in NIT.
