I get 390 marks in neet ..can I get admission in any of medical college in Maharashtra for bams ???

So, answering to your question, according to your NEET score, you don't have much chances of getting MBBS in any government colleges in Maharashtra , assuming you don't have any category reservation as you didn't mention any.
You didn't even mention your state, so quota, I can't tell you whether you can get through state quota.
