To begin with, JEE percentile will not get you in any of the Bits. For bits, you need to appear for BITSAT. Also, I am afraid to say that 74.66 percentile in obc category will not fetch you any nits in the first instance. You might have a chance to get into DTU or NSIT through the spot round, however the chances are very low with that percentile. However to apply for spot round, you need to apply for JAC counselling. Also, in the spot round you might not end up with branches like CSE OR ECE, hence I woud like to recommend you to take an year off and prepare for JEE or else look for a private college like VIT or SRM.
With a percentile of 74.66 through obc category you cannot get admission in nit's or bits or iiits colleges. You can try writing various state entrance examinations to get a good seat in the college. There are also several colleges which accept jee main percentile for admission such as BITS, MIIT, SCIT, Amity university, Thapar university and many others.
