NIT Silchar, Warangal, Jaipur, Kurukshetra, these are the NITs in my knowledge that consider Mat scores for MBA admissions.

Most of the top NITs though, like Warangal and Trichy require CAT scores. So you'll be better of checking individual websites to see what their requirements are.
