hello aspirant,Its tough to exactly say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year.and also seats are increased this time.but with previous year analysis and your rank you have good chances of fetching govt medical seats in many states expect delhi ,goa  because the cutoff there is high.also you have really good chances to get in top private medical colleges all over india .for furthur info please check the folllowing links:
