I get rank 87000 in jee and Isecured 62%in 12th exam.can I get admission in govt engineering college in bhubaneswar or sambalpur

In order to get admission in any government college you need to score well.
To get admission in Govt college of engineering Bhubaneshwar, you need to give Jee mains or OJEE exam.
Yes you may get admission in CET Bhubaneshwar, if you are from general category,
the preffered branch may not be available but you can still try.
