It depends on your rank rather than your score if you get into an NIT or not. The final merit list will be released by NTA after the conclusion of exam in April. You could use the rank predictor to get a good estimate of your rank:

national Testing agency will release the cutoff and along with the result in the first week of february.

so, we cannot predict the college where we will get admission whether in NIT/IIT.

since, the cutoff trends varies year to year and also rank cutoff in categories.
