I got 10258 rank in ap eamcet 2019 and my category(bc e ) position is 75 ,bipc can i get agbsc or veterinary?

Hello, Shameem you can definitely get agbsc based on you rank and caste reservation.
1.Sri Venkateswara University(SVU)-agriculture
2.Andhra University(AU)-agriculture
But, you cannot get verternary because of the cutoff.
I will mention the cutoff for veternary.
1.SVU(closing rank 1693)
2.AU(closing rank 3337)
