I got 109104 rank in NEET 2019 exam.Do I need to participate in All India counselling or else I can go with state counseling?

Hey,
Your rank is really high and it won't get you admission in a government college for MBBS. Even if you are from reserved category, chances are very low. And you should go for the state counselings instead and also you can wait for the second and third counsellings results.
