Hey Aayan,
With 114 score this year it kind of sure for you go get into NLU, Lucknow. This year the paper was little difficult therefore there are chances cutoffs may get lower as well. Given that you are in the OBC category, you can be pretty rest assured to get into the NLU, Lucknow, you don't need to worry on that. Last year the cut off for general was around 115, so you can see by that only. All the best!!

But this year everyone is saying cutoff will be high and it will be around 130+ RMLNLU genral category.
