Hello Pooja,
With your above mentioned general category rank, it'll be quite tough for you to get admission in DU in B.El.ed course as this course have less seats and thus fetching a seat there is quite difficult.
I'll suggest you to wait till the final rounds of counselling as this may fetch you a seat there.
