According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you can get top NITs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Jaipur if you deserves their Home state quota for them, as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check from the link given below :-

But as you are interested in Mechanical or electrical so these branches will be quite difficult on such ranks. However you can go for some state government colleges like MBM Engineering college Jodhpur, RTU Kota and so on.
