I got 138 marks in jee main 2018 and I am from Delhi and OBC category.Can i get COE in DTU?

Hi,
Your marks are quite good but firstly calculate your rank by the help of jee mains rank predictor of career360 and then you can be told about the colleges you might get.and the cutoff is also to be known.
