See there are 3 types of ranks , general , category and tfws . From these you will be alloted college on the basis of General Rank .But  You will get admission in college through your cast i.e.obc cast .
Colleges are alloted to students on the basis of general state level rank.
Other ranks are only for information perpose . So don't worry!
