Yes you can get seat in these college but CSE and it it is quite difficult .

Hey there,

You can get a seat at other colleges with another branch like chemical engineering, Civil engineering, etc. but your chances of getting the CSE branch is very low. I will suggest you to go for other exams also so that you can get a college easily with CSE branch.
