According to previous year's TS EAMCET cutoffs for KMIT, you need to have a rank below 5000 for Computer Science Engineering and a rank below 10000 for Information Technology. These were the cutoffs for first round of councelling under BCB category.
As you have scored a rank of 15000, you can get a seat in Electronics and Communication Engineering in KMIT. You have likely chances to get an IT seat in second round of councelling as 15000 is the border rank for IT branch.

Congratulations for a good rank in TS EAMCET .

Based on your Rank and Caste Category it might not be possible to get chance in Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology, Hyderabad in CSE or IT. As per last year's Cut-off state rank for CSE was 6107 and that of IT was 9003 .
