First of all what have persued in B.Sc means which field whether it is computer, chemistry, etc. will tell what you should persue further. In MBA you will get field such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations,etc. and in MCA you will totally focus on Computer applications. So based on your interest choose wisely.
