I got 181 as my cutoff in the year 2021 , the experts are saying there will be major increase in cutoff what will be the college i get in this year

see cutoff score change every year and it depends on the following determining factors:
number of applicant,
questions difficulty level,
seat matrix,
number of applicant for each category
so based on this cutoff score can be predicted but it would solely depends on the final result. so you should wait till the result published and counselling process starts. you did not mention about any particular college or test name.
