i got 19190 rank in eamcet medical stream women genaral category...64/100 percenti le.can i get agbsc in govt colleges

With 19190rank it is difficult to get government seat in veterinary, agriculture or horticulture.
As you did not provide your category I am considering it as oc
As of last year cut offs for agriculture are
Non farmer quota- general-1852rank, women-1764rank
Farmer quota- general-3706rank, women-3426rank.
You have chances to get private bpharmacy seat.
