With 200 marks in the JEE B.Arch exam, you could expect a rank of around 16000-18000 if you are from the general category, which I think would not be enough to get into any NIT or SPA because the closing ranks for almost all NITs are around 3500-5000 for the last round of counselling.
But prepare well for the next time and you can secure a good rank.
