As you did not mentioned which category to belong to, it is difficult to predict.

And as you know CSE is most preferred so most competitive branch. Hence to get a seat for CSE in top college , your score should also be good enough.

You cannot expect CSE seat in top colleges like JNTU, OU, CBIT with such rank but there are many other good colleges in which you have chances to get a CSE seat.
