I got 24.333 marks in tancet 2019.I am BC category. Whether i am pass or fail.can i apply for counselling or not.

The minimum qualification for the tancet for various categories are given below
Open category:37.5
Backward classes:35.25
Scheduled caste:25.5
Scheduled tribe:22.5
As you belong to bc category you are not qualified
