Dear Naren, DU is one of the Campuses with highest cut offs. You havent mentioned your Category. The cut off for various Categories for State Quota if DU in 2018 is as follows:
General Category: 562
OBC: 511
SC: 417
ST: 304
250 marks is too less. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
