Hello dear, being honest in this AIR it is not possible that you will get III Delhi, and this EWS concept is introduced this year only thus it quite tough to say how it will affect the seat matrix, so according to me there is some possibility on the basis of your EWS rank that you will get IIIT Delhi. With this rank it will be difficult for you to get admission into these top branches in IIIT Delhi. However, if you are concerned only with the college and not with the branch then you can take admission there. You can also try for other colleges through jac and JOSAA.
