With a score of 283, you won't be able to get a branch in Pilani campus. You may have a slight chance for Manufacturing Engg. In Goa campus, you can get Chemical Engg. And, in Hyderabad campus, you can get Chemical, Civil and Manufacturing Engg. etc. Go through this article for more details.
