There are three or four rounds of counselling in WBJEE. And Dr. B.C.Roy Engineering College, Durgapur accepts it's too. So you keep this college name first in your counselling form and the stream too, that will help you to get the seat. And if you do not get this then wait for other rounds too. And there is chance to change the stream after first year, if you get more than 8 CGPA in first year then you can change the stream if the seat is available.
