Getting a seat with 380 marks is not possible. The score is too low for getting admission. You did not mention your Category. The NEET PG qualifying cut offs for 2020 are UR-366, SC/ST/OBC-319, UR-PH-342 and SC/ST/OBC-PH-319. If you belong to General Category, you do not qualify because your score is less. But if you belong to SC/ST/OBC, then though you qualify, your score is very less for a seat. Your rank will be beyond 70,000 and seat for this rank is difficult.
