Hello,
I'm sorry to say but veterinary is not possible for your rank. To be exact on my statement, I belong to bcb and I got 24k rank in TSEAMCET Bipc. But the options I had for my rank was B.pharmacy only. So based on my experience I can tell you that veterinary is not possible for your rank but you do have chances for pharmacy only through EAMCET. All the best!
