Hey.

Considering your rank in entrance exam is 858 and that your Graduation score is 78% you seem to have a fair chances for admission in PU.

There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.

So considering the fact that your entrance rank is average and graduation marks are good you might have some chances for Chandigarh. But as of now they seem to be less. Chances is regional centres are good. So wait for the final ranks to be out for a better estimate. But as of now chances seem to be 50-50 for Chandigarh Campus.
