Congratulations on your success in PESSAT 2021. With the mentioned rank, there are no chances of getting CSE at PES University as the previous closing ranks are between 800-1000. Even getting ECE would be tough but you have good chances in EEE, civil and mechanical engineering.

The counselling fee of rupees 10000 is not refundable but will be adjusted to account if you accept a seat at institution. Talking about the fee, it is definitely on higher side but if you work hard, there are no shortage of opportunities at PES as it is known all over the country for its amazing packages.
