I got 45marks in jee mains obc and 91%in pcm 12th which govt. College is best for engineering for me

Since your JEE mains marks are not enough good through which you can't able to take admission in any of the good Govt. college. If you want to take admission in any good Govt. college then your score in MAINS should be good enough. By looking your 12th percentage you have scored well in the Board but it doesn't play any role while taking admission because your JEE ranks are purely based on the score of your JEE mains. So better try to improve that score such that you may get a good Govt. college.
