As per the rank you have obtained in NEET 2020 and based on previous year's cutoff, it does seem like there is a good possibility of getting admission for MBBS management quota seats at private medical colleges in Karnataka, however it would be better if you had mentioned your category, so it would have been easier to predict your chances.
