OBC category 426 score
For General 455 score
For SC 426 score
So as per previous year's data you can get seat.
Although cut off varies every year depending upon no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam and so on.

As per my knowledge you can get a seat in Karwar Institute as the cut off seems 426 marks for the OBS category applicants of 2020. But am not sure about the specialisation you will get.
